Filmmaker: Jenna Elizabeth, Andrej Pejic as Marilyn Monroe. The film deconstructs the cultural iconography of Marilyn Monroe (born Norma Jean Baker) by juxtaposing footage of Pejic as Monroe with actual footage of some of her more famous leading men (rumored and actual).
Says Elizabeth of the film, which was styled by Patricia Field: “It looks at Marilyn’s status as a sexual icon and explores the societal implications of the sex-kitten femme.”
